Eligibility

- Admission

Classification Details
Nationality
  • The applicant and the applicant's parents all possess foreign nationalities
  • Those who do not have a dual nationality (including Korean nationality) or statelessness
Education
  • Those who graduated from overseas schools with a standard curriculum equivalent to that of South Korea's elementary and secondary curricula.
Language Proficiency
  • Korean language level
    A. Those who obtained a Level score equal to or above Level 3 on TOPIK, or Level 3 in the University's Korean Language curricula.
    B. Those whose language proficiency is acknowledged as being equivalent to the above stated description
    (Those whose Korean communication skills are acknowledged during the University's interview examination

※ Applicants who do not submit TOPIK Level 3 or higher will be restricted in the number of credits taken until they have completed the Korean language curriculum designated by the University.
※ Those who acquired a foreign nationality due to a change of nationality are not eligible to apply
※ Home-schooling, Cyber learning, High school Graduate Equivalency Test for self-study are not recognized as academic backgrounds.
※ TOPIK Level 4 or higher must be acquired for graduation
※ Other significant matters of concern will be dealt with according to the University's policies



- Transfer Admission

Classification Details
Nationality
  • The applicant and the applicant's parents all possess foreign nationalities.
  • Those who do not have a dual nationality(including Korean nationality) or statelessness.
Education 2nd
Year
  • Applicants who have graduated (or expect to graduate) from a college in Korea or abroad
  • Applicants who have completed (or expect to have completed) the 1st year or two regular semesters in a regular 4-year university course in Korea with more than 33 credits.
  • Applicants who have completed (or expect to have completed) the 1st year (or 2 Semesters) or more and have earned (or expect to have earned) more than 1/4 of the credits required for graduation in a regular 4-year university course (bachelor's degree course) abroad.
3rd
Year
  • Applicants who have graduated (or expect to graduate) from a college in Korea or abroad.
  • Applicants who have completed (or expect to have completed) the 1st year or two regular semesters ina regular 4-year university course in Korea with more than 65 credits.
  • Applicants who have completed (or expect to have completed) the 1st year (or 2 Semesters) or more than have earned (or expect to have earned) more than 1/2 of the Credits required for graduation in a regular 4-year university course (bachelor's degree course) abroad.
Language Proficiency
  • Those who obtained a Level score equal to or above TOPIK Level 3 or Level 3 in the University's Korean Language Proficiency Test.
  • Those whose language proficiency is acknowledged as being equivalent to the above stated description (Those whose Korean communication skills are acknowledged during the University’s interview examination))

100% The interview examination will determine whether the applicant is eligible for taking classes lectured in Korean, as well as in learning one’s major. The grade will be given from A to D, and for those who receive a D, are expected to fail in the interview.
※ Those who do not meet the application requirements will be disqualified regardless of their admission evaluation score.
※ Applicants with an admission evaluation score that is significantly lower than other applicants may not be accepted even after being reviewed by the University’s admission committee, regardless of the number of applicants.
